14-day right of withdrawal
As a rule, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in an e-shop without stating a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them received the goods. In the case of an order delivered in several parts, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last part.
Notification of withdrawal
Use the "Withdraw from contract" button in the e-shop or send an unambiguous declaration within 14 days to jlind61@gmail.com. State your name, contact details, order number, goods to be returned, date of receipt, and your wish to withdraw from the contract.
Returning goods
Goods must be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal declaration, to Tarbekaubad OÜ, Vee tn 2, Pärnu. Please agree upon the return before sending.
The direct costs of a standard return are borne by the customer. If goods cannot be returned by standard post due to their size, weight, or nature, the cost depends on the carrier's price list; the estimated cost will be shown before purchase. The seller bears the justified return cost of defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent goods.
Condition of goods
The consumer has the right to inspect the goods as in a regular store. For goods used more extensively, the seller may reduce the refunded amount by the decrease in value. If possible, return the goods with their original packaging, complete parts, and documents.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to personalized or perishable goods, health protection or hygiene goods with opened packaging, and opened sealed audio, video, or computer software, as well as in other cases provided by law. Exceptions will be noted on the product page before purchase.
Refund
We will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the declaration. The additional cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by the buyer will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or proof of their dispatch has been provided.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method, and no fees will be charged for it.
