Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered to the buyer's chosen parcel locker or by courier to the address indicated by the buyer. Available service providers and delivery prices are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
Delivery Time
The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days from the receipt or confirmation of payment. If a different delivery time is indicated for a specific product, the actual delivery time published on the product page will apply.
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Address and Delay
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the address, phone number, and email address. Reasonable additional costs incurred due to repeated shipping or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be borne by the buyer.
In case of significant delay or unavailability, we will notify the buyer and, if possible, offer a new delivery time, replacement goods, or cancellation with a refund of the amount paid.
Acceptance
Check the outer packaging. Visible damage should, if possible, be noted with the carrier, and photos and the order number should be sent to jlind61@gmail.com. Parcel locker shipments must be collected within the carrier's storage period.
Failure to collect is not a declaration of withdrawal. Justified return and re-shipping costs may be borne by the buyer. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon receipt of the goods.
