2. Application
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Tarbekaubad OÜ e-shop. Estonian and European Union mandatory consumer protection norms apply to the consumer. Special rights provided to consumers do not apply to legal entities or buyers acting in economic or professional activities.
3. Products and Prices
The main characteristics, price, and availability of products are presented on the product page. Sale prices displayed to the consumer include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the price of the goods and displayed before the order is confirmed.
In case of an obvious technical error, we will contact the buyer. The buyer may agree to the corrected terms or cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.
4. Ordering and Contract
The buyer adds items to the shopping cart, selects the delivery and payment method, checks the data, and confirms the order with a payment obligation. The contract is considered concluded when the order is confirmed and payment has been received or confirmed by the payment service provider. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
If the goods cannot be delivered, we will inform the buyer immediately and generally refund the amount paid via the same payment method.
5. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party service providers. Tarbekaubad OÜ does not store full credit card data.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered within Estonia to a parcel locker or by courier. The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. If a different actual delivery time is indicated on the product page, that time shall apply. Delivery methods and prices are displayed at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline starts from the receipt of the goods. The exact procedure and exceptions are presented on the "Returns and Withdrawal" page.
8. Defective Goods
Tarbekaubad OÜ is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the consumer with the terms of the contract, which becomes apparent within two years from the handover of the goods. If the defect appears within one year, it is presumed to have existed at the time of handover, unless such presumption is contrary to the nature of the goods or the defect.
In case of a defect, send the order number, description, and, if possible, photos or videos to jlind61@gmail.com. In cases prescribed by law, the consumer has the right to demand repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Reasonable costs are borne by the seller.
We will respond to a written complaint within 15 days. If this is not possible, we will explain the reason for the delay and provide a new reasonable deadline.
9. Disputes and Liability
In case of a dispute, contact Tarbekaubad OÜ first. If an agreement is not reached, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court.
The parties are liable to the extent provided by law. No condition limits the consumer's mandatory rights. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order apply to the order.
