Common Rail Injector Return Flow Tester C38 27503 (C38)

Overview

The Common Rail injector return flow tester allows testing the operation of injectors in diesel engines with a Common Rail system, for up to six cylinders. The tester measures the amount of fuel returning through the injectors' return line to compare injector flow rates and identify potential damage, contamination, or leaks.

The kit can be used during engine startup and while the engine is running. For diagnosis, probes or a test rail are connected to the injector return lines using appropriate adapters.

The kit includes

• 6 probes to connect to the pump
• 6 adapters for Bosch, Siemens, Denso, and Delphi systems
• Adapters: Denso C3, Denso C1, Delphi, and Siemens C3
